The timeframe by which the organization will schedule intakes for consumers who have been referred is an indication of program efficiency. The more quickly the organization can schedule intakes for consumers to start employment services, the faster consumers can earn money and become a productive and contributing member of their family, as well as the larger community. |

At least eighty percent (80%) of all consumers will complete an intake within twenty-one (21) days of intake authorization. |
Result |
95% of all consumers completed an intake within 21 days in 2022. |

Enhance Overall Consumer Satisfaction |
Narrative |
A consumer’s level of satisfaction is crucial as it provides a first-hand account of the consumer’s impressions regarding the organization, treatment providers, facilities, and their overall treatment experience. Consumers who are satisfied with their treatment experience are more likely to recommend the organization to friends, family members, and other acquaintances within the community - thereby enhancing the organization’s reputation and vitality. |
