Assure Timely Analyzation of Lab Submissions

Narrative

Many individuals are required to participate in substance screening.  The results of the substance screening may be a determining factor in a judge's decision, a local agency's decision, or an employment decision.  With that, timely and accurate results are imperative to most individuals seeking substance screening with Cedar Ridge. 

2023 Goal 

Ninety percent (90%) of specimens submitted to CRBHS lab will have a result within 72 hours. 

Result

98% of specimens submitted to CRBHS had a result within 72 hours.

Many individuals are required to participate in substance screening.  The results of the substance screening may be a determining factor in a judge's decision, a local agency's decision, or an employment decision.  With that, timely and accurate results are imperative to most individuals seeking substance screening with Cedar Ridge.    

2023 Goal 

Ninety percent (90%) of all lab results shall be posted to the client's chart within 72 hours of receiving that result.  

Result

For 2023, 98% of all lab results were posted to a client's chart within 72 hours.

Accuracy of Analyzation Services

Narrative

Many individuals are required to participate in substance screening.  The results of the substance screening may be a determining factor in a judge's decision, a local agency's decision, or an employment decision.  With that, timely and accurate results are imperative to most individuals seeking substance screening with Cedar Ridge.      

2023 Goal 

Urinalysis results obtained from CRBHS lab services, shall not have an error rate that exceeds 5%.  

Result

For 2023, urinalysis lab results yielded a 0.002% error rate.
