Department of Transportation (DOT) Testing

Cedar Ridge is a certified Department of Transportation (DOT) cite approved to perform Urine Collection (Drug Screens) and provide DOT Physicals, Audiograms, Fit Tests, and other required exams for employers and workers.  

Our Cambridge facility provides: 

• DOT physicals by appointment only. 

• Walk-in urine screening Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Our Zanesville location provides urine screens and physicals by appointment only.
